1123 Bryce Leopardwood
This is a relatively short and slender pen that fits in anywhere, yet is solid and feels great in your hand. It has a unique style that is both retro and timeless. The brilliant gold trim nicely complements the Leopardwood (Panopsis rubellens), an uncommon and attractively grained wood from the Brazil and Chilean regions of South America. The Leopardwood tree grows up to 150 feet high with a trunk diameter of 4 feet. It is known for its prominent ray pattern that produces "flakes" in the wood grain.
The black section piece above the nib unscrews to allow access to the readily available Parker-style refill. I use only the highest quality refill - the easyFlow 9000 made by Schmidt in Germany.
