Ordering a Pen

You may have noticed that there are no "buy now" or "add to cart" buttons on my website. The vast majority of pens that I sell are custom made to the purchasers specifications. If you would like to purchase a pen, either a custom pen or one that is shown in current inventory, please send me an email describing what you would like. My pen gallery shows only a small sample of the possible combinations of pen style, metal trim plating, and body material that are available. I have many woods, acrylics, and Tru-stone blanks as well as other pen styles and trim platings that are not shown. If you let me know what you are looking for, I can offer you alternatives that may not yet be in my gallery. There is no extra charge if I craft a custom pen to your exact specifications. Of course, if your ideal pen is already in my current inventory, you can get it that much sooner. Custom pens typically take between one and two weeks to complete.

Shipping cost is typically the cost of a USPS Priority Mail small flat-rate box, which is currently $7.90 within the USA. Shipping outside the USA will be my actual cost to ship.

No need to pay me until your pen is ready for shipment, unless you have ordered engraving or other personalization. I use PayPal as my transaction processor for all credit and debit card payments. PayPal provides a secure and confidential method for online payment and there is no need to sign up for a PayPal account. Of course, if you already have a PayPal account, that would be the easiest way to pay. I also accept personal checks, however, I will wait until the check clears before shipping your pen.
